Background & Problem
They have a loyal and highly engaged customer base that visit their physical locations. They are expanding into selling jewelleries online. A considerable cohort of online customers were leaving the website after browsing multiple products and/or adding to cart due to various reasons. Some visitors were turned off by specialized discounts available in physical stores and none online. Others were looking to buy multiple items but were not getting enough incentives to do so.
Solution
