Use the following webhook to send new booking data from your platform (FareHarbor, Cloudbeds, PeekPro, website, custom system, etc.).

Replace {platform} with the name of the platform sending the data.

Instructions

1. Add this webhook URL into your system’s webhook section, under:
   New Booking / Reservation Created event.
   
2. If your system does not allow direct configuration, please ask customer support to add the webhook on your behalf.
   
3. Send the full booking details in the body of the POST request as JSON.
4. Field names do not need to match exactly — any equivalent fields are acceptable.
   

Booking Data to Include in Webhook (any field names accepted)

Please include the following details whenever a new booking is created:

Source & Tracking

• Source type (example: website, OTA, phone, walk-in, marketplace, etc.)
  
• URL where booking originated (landing page / checkout page)
  
• Coupon code or promo code (if used)
  
• Advertising tracking parameters:
  
  • gclid (Google Ads)
    
  • fbclid (Facebook Ads)
    
  • UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_medium, etc.) — if available
    

Customer Information

• Customer name
  
• Customer phone
  
• Customer email
  

Timing

• Timestamp of booking creation (any readable format is fine)
  

Any other booking information your platform provides is also welcome, such as:

• Booking ID
  
• Product / activity / room name
  
• Date & time of activity / stay
  
• Total price, taxes, quantity, etc.
